江和平法官简介：
Jiang Heping (Michael) is a presiding judge of Dongguan No.2 People’s Court.
Since 2002, Judge Jiang has been a judge of Dongguan People’s Court. He has presided over all different types of civil litigation, including labor disputes, medical malpractice, and family disputes. In 2009, the Supreme People’s Court designated Dongguan No.2 People’s Court as one of the national trial bases for reformative dispute resolution program. Judge Jiang then led different teams to design and implement the Court-annexed ADR program.
In 2010, Judge Jiang joined a mediation skill training offered by the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) and passed the center’s assessment. Since then, he has been a recognized mediator of the SMC. In 2011, Judge Jiang was selected as a Weinstein fellow and a visiting scholar at the Gould Center of Stanford Law School.
Judge Jiang’s publications include Constructing Dispute Resolution Mechanisms with a Reasonably Complementary Combination of Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, The Innovation and Reconstruction of the Court-Annexed Mediation System, and a few other articles on ADR that he translated. Judge Jiang has degrees in Literature, Economics and a M.A. in Law.
