Mr. Irvin is the General Counsel of Tencent Holdings Limited, a leading global Internet company. Prior to joining Tencent, he worked at a leading Silicon Valley law firm, specializing in M&A and technology transactions. He received his JD from Stanford, and also has a MA in Asian Studies from Yale.
